The Answers You Need

WHAT IS SPIRITUAL DIRECTION ?

Spiritual Direction is a sacred conversation between the Seeker, the Companion, and 'Spirit'. It is a mindful exploration of the connections and questions humans have in their lives. As we explore these questions and connections Seekers are able to uncover their inner knowing.

WHO SHOULD TRY SPIRITUAL DIRECTION?

Working with a Spiritual Companion is open to anyone who is interested in exploring their connections with themselves, the divine, nature, and/or ALL That Is. This person can be from any faith tradition or none. Connecting with the Oneness of all things doesn't have to have a label.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?

Sessions typically last 45-55 minutes and happen once a month. We can also meet more or less frequently depending on the needs of the Seeker. The sessions will begin with an invitation into sacred space by lighting a candle and having some combination of a breath meditation, a reading, and/or some centering music. We then enter a time where the seeker explores their connections. During this time I attentively listen to the Seeker and Spirit and respond in a way to encourage deeper exploration by the Seeker. When we near the end of the session there will be space to review what came up during the session and we can decide on a focus for the month until our next session.
